Google Analytics post new site 2012?

My google analytics appears to have died as of Mid February (15th to 17th or so).  Has something changed with the new site that we need to update our tracking somehow?

Hmm... we'll have to investigate. Does anyone else has the same issue?

My analytics seem to be ok.. I don't get much traffic but it does seem odd that after Feb 12 it's all flat and I've only gotten 6 visits in the month of march... Is that what you mean by dead fairy cardmaker?

Yes.  I was getting 15-20 on good days, as low as 5 on other days, but never zero.  Now I have a bunch of zeros and a few random hits here and there since mid Feb.  It's not totally zero all the time, but it's not what it used to be by any means.

Maybe it's just me.  I haven't been listing much lately because I'm at my cap and I can't afford to expand to another 50 listings.  (Hoping the fee structure change is incoming.)  Perhaps mid-Feb just coincides with when I stopped listing new. (shrug)

No, something is definitely different. I listed 3 new items on Mar 29 and received nearly 100 views on each (from what icraft reads) but google says that I didn't receive any traffic.

Mine completely flatlined on Monday Feb 13th.  It reports not a single visit since then.  Before that date, even though my shop was completely neglected, I have visits.

Hi together,

I signed up for GA but don't know where to put the tracking code. If I put it into my description it shows up
for everyone.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any help

You should enter it on this page https://icraftgifts.com/member_google_analytics.php
Don't put it in your descriptions.

Thank you so much for fast answer!

Yes, I put the ID on the icraft site but thought I would need to use the tracking code too.

We are investigating problems with Google Analytics. There were recent GA updates that caused this problem with reporting that we are not sure how to fix  yet.

Have you seen this?

It is related to this?  Will all our optimizing be for naught if paid members are promoted first by Google?

Hi Fairy Cardmaker,

Paid (sponsored) listings have always been pushed up on Google Search Results. They are just experimenting with the format of those listings. I don't think those changes have anything to do with GA.

To rank well in organic listings, you still need to optimize and promote your pages.

I've never been able to set mine up. I've entered the code, tried it two different times last month but my traffic always says 0.

There were some issues with GA after Google made updates to it.
We'll investigate this next week and provide new instructions on how to set it up.
