We ship after receiving the payment within 3-4 working days, as our post office is not opened every day! Please attend the currency translation adjustment: A bubbled envelope is EUR3.45 = approx. US $5.00 You only pay shipping once as I combine multiple beads! Buyers are responsible for all duty or taxes! (Our overseas customers had never a problem with that before)

In the matter of giving the item back to us, we will give you the refund of the purchase price.
