Columbine from my garden, early Spring Greetings!

My name is Lannie. I've recently joined the iCraft admin team, and I'll be working in the Community section. I’m an editor by trade, and before retirement worked for a large municipality, building websites and teaching writing-for-the-web skills.

What else can I tell you about me? I live in Toronto, love to garden and have three cats.

I’ll be reviewing blog posts as they come in, and doing some work behind the scenes on blog categories, etc. As I familiarize myself with the workings of Twitter and the iCraft site, I'll be putting my two cents worth into the forum discussions as well.

I'm looking forward to working with each of you - please send me your thoughts on improvements to the Community section on iCraft.

I will help in any way I can to make your stores the best they can be, and iCraft more and more successful!

I am sure you guys will love Lannie, as much as I do. I've known Lannie for a long time, before she joined our iCraft team. All I can say - she is wonderful! Great communicator, experienced web editor and a super nice lady. We are lucky to have her with us.

Thanks very much for responding to my first blog post ever!

I checked out your store - I love the creative and fun shapes you use for your soaps. As a puzzle fan, the jigsaw puzzle shape really appealed to me. And how could anyone resist a big piece of cake?

And the topper is that everything is botanically-based and natural!

Very very cool.
