My First Ever Online Jewelry Store

Posted by: TashasFashion

Coral Mood Necklace by TashasFashion.Hello Everyone,

I am glad to present you my first online jewelry store and my first collection “Perfect Round Shapes”.

I started to do jewelry about a year ago, and as you see it already looks pretty good.  :)

Actually I thought that I can not do anything with my hands, but I was wrong. I am really thankful to my friend, who introduced me to this kind of craft.

The first time I went to the beads supply store, I was fascinated with the round beads... huge, big, small, medium, but just in a perfect round shape.

Please visit my store full of beautiful and affordable jewelry. I hope you will enjoy my handcrafted pieces and I promise you to impress you with new collections soon.

When did you first start selling online? Any tips for a newbie?

Good Day Sarah, actually I started to watch youtube videos, and did a lot of practicing exercises. I bought very cheep beads stone and wire and practiced to make a simple loops. Just type in youtube channel "how to make loops" or "how to make earrings". You will find hundreds of useful videos. You can also visit www.artbeads.com They have learning centre their where you can learn how to make jewellery. Good Luck to you and if you will have any other questions, please write me.

wow, that's encouraging to know that it's possible to learn how to make beautiful jewelry pieces in such a short time.

I have no idea where to start, so everything looks pretty complicated to me, though I always had an interest in jewelry making. So how did you start? How did you know what beads or tools you need? Did someone show you everything initially?

I think you are doing everything right, starting with the quality products and nice photos. Your creations are not expensive at all, which is a plus too in today's economy. Joining handmade community, like iCraft and venturing into online space is the right decision too.

It's not that easy to sell online, but if you are serious about your business, there are tons of free resources and tips online to get you up to speed on web marketing and promotions.

Not sure what to suggest here. I personally felt like I didn't quite get to know you, as a person, from your short post. Looking forward to your personal stores and your crafting adventures in the future. :) Best! -Lisa

Welcome to iCraft! Hard to believe you just started a year ago. Your jewelry looks like it was done by a professional. It's true, it's never too late to pick up a new skill. Good luck to you! I'm sure you'll do very well.
