General Shipping Policy:

All items will be sent USPS, unless otherwise discussed prior to completion of check out. Please Cono me prior, so we can discuss the best options for your needs. I will do my best to keep combined purchases as reasonable as possible. I try always to use recycled materials. Insurance and tracking available for an extra fee, and must be arranged prior to check out, again please convo me. All purchases will arrive ready to give as a gift, presented in a lovely jewelry pouch.

Return: Yes, I must be notified immediately upon receipt of merchandise, and merchandise must be returned in 3 days of that notification. Date on the return package from Postal Service must be postmarked within that 3 day period.
Refund: Exchange Only

I will exchange if an item is found defective because construction issues, not if it is damaged in transit. Insurance can be added at your request/expense to insure against this potential problem.

If your item is defective, you must let me know within 3 days of receipt and then you will have a choice to return the item to be repaired or exchange for a different item. If your order is a custom order or has been custom inscribed, or made to size, you will not be able to exchange it. (Timeline of dates same as above return info.)

In the case of exchange, buyer pays all shipping fees, however, individual consideration will be given on all transactions.
