General Shipping Policy:

Due to the handmade nature of my items - (they are all made to order) please allow 3 weeks for processing. If you need it by a specific date please communicate this with me before your purchase. I have faster shipping methods and rush shipping on my website. Shipping is only $2.00 by Standard Mail for USA / CANADA

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the custom, personalized nature of my creations, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. However I do stand behind my own product, and will offer minor repairs to any of my jewelry within the first 45 days from the date of shipping.

I will correct any spelling errors, incorrect item sent, wrong birthstone etc. if I am contacted within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.

Return shipping fees (to send the order back to me) is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless it was my error, in which case you will be credited the shipping fees after the item is returned.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
