RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund if it's sent back unused and in original condition. The cost of the return shipping is your responsibility.
DAMAGE:
No matter how well an item is packed, damage can happen in shipping. That is why I insure large print orders. If the damage is due to the shipping agency a claim must be filed. If the damage is my fault please email me about it within 2 days of receiving the item(s) and I will replace the damaged item for free. (I haven’t had this happen, but I do want to you be happy with your purchase.)
For signed and numbered prints, once the shipping claim has been approved or we have agreed the damage was my fault, you will need to provide proof that you have destroyed the first print before a replacement will be sent.
THE FINE PRINT:
Items must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery date (allowances will be made for international shipments as needed). Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees for exchanges or returns. Prints must be returned in the original condition. Please email me to make arrangements beforehand.
