Upgrade Bug??

Hi,

as I do not find any board for bugs I'm posting here.

I signed in at 20th Feb and I upgraded on the same day to show more than 5 items. I have a Paypal invoice:
icraftgifts.com invoice #4967 payment and my Paypal ID is info@beadfairy.de
Today I get an email that I need to upgrade!!! icraft placed some items on hold as they think I didn't upgrade!
Please check your payments and uprade my account again!

Can you please check on your invoice if you paid for February or March.
Our billing system is monthly, starting on the first of each month.

OK, I now I understand.
But as I signed in at the 20th I thought the next invoice will be at the 20th again and not
9 days later at the 1st.
I also thought that the subscription is getting the money from Paypal automatically, this is how I know it
from other stores.
