Hello iCrafters,
We have a few changes to announce.


1. Unlimited product postings for Elite Subscribers

We decided to make changes to our Subscriptions once again. Now, you can enjoy unlimited product postings, if you subscribe for our Elite package at $15.00 CAD a month. This change is in effect as of July 1, 2010.


2. Payments upfront

Our Billing System from the beginning was one month behind, meaning you paid your invoice for the previous month on the first of the next month. Unfortunately, this hasn’t worked so well, as quite a few people didn’t pay their invoices after using our services. When that happens, we have to place Exhibits on hold until outstanding invoices are paid...    which we really don’t enjoy doing.
So the new payment system will prompt you for a payment for the next month 2 weeks before the first of the month.  This means you will receive your invoice for September around August 15th. That’s when we’ll be actually switching to the new payment system.

If you choose not to pay your next invoice, we will not place your Exhibit on hold anymore. We’ll simply switch it to 5 free items.


3. Subscription Auto-Renewal

This feature has been requested many times before.  Now you can setup your preferred Subscription and your preferred Billing Cycle, and our system will generate an invoice for you for the next payment automatically. You will be given 2 weeks to pay your invoice. 

This feature will help you to setup everything upfront and to ensure that your store never gets a reduced number of products because you forgot to pay the invoice ahead of time.

Please note Auto Renewal doesn’t mean we’ll charge you automatically. Well, we can’t do that even if we wanted to. We don’t keep your credit cards on file.  Roll Eyes

I took advantage of this wonderful deal and changed pref. to elite. Wiill next year be billed at this rate or another? Smiles, Caralyn

Hi Caralyn,

So far that's what we have in our Pricing Policy. So unless we change it again, that's the rate we'll have for the Elite Subscription next year. Glad you are taking advantage of such a great deal.  Wink
