Handmade Store: Refraction Action
I am originally from New Jersey but now live in Florida for the past 33 years. I have been a crafter for most of my adult life, I have my Mom to thank for that! She was the one that pushed me into taking some classes, she saw something in me that I did not see in myself and I am so appreciative of that. Thanks MOM!! I started out doing decorative painting and making some small crafty items and gave them out as Christmas gifts, Mother's day gifts and other occasions.
Since I have now retired I have the time to enjoy making all the crafts I like. I have a small craft room in the house where I spend a lot of my time with my two little Shih-Tzu's in tow, they follow me everywhere. I started making crystal suncatchers and really enjoy doing those as they come out so pretty, I have quite a few in my windows and when the sun hits them I have rainbows all over my walls! It makes me happy and eases away any stress of the day. Crystal prisms are know for dispelling negative energies and balancing good feng shui.
