hello, i was wondering what has happened with my order. it has been 14 business days from the day you say you should have the item sent but i have yet to recieve any package. nor have i recieved a message explaining when or why i have yet to recieve the order. this upsets me mostly because i have allowed the proper amount of time for the order to get here (minus the 15th day) and it has not gotten here in time for the event i ordered it for. can i get an explanation?

Well I love the way you make the ears. I haven't seen a hat that had the type of ears perfectly done and you do a great job. Kudos to your creative abilities. My only concern is I don't know how long these take to make. Normally shipping could be anything from 3 to 5 days from China to where I am but its been about 10 and i see it hasn't been shipped yet. Perhaps letting people know how long the estimated time to make it might take to ease their troubled minds. Thank you.

A month and a half later and I finally receive my hat. I live in Canada so it 5 to 10 days was what's promised. It shouldn't have taken this long. The items details has been at "Not Shipped" the entire time as well. That should have been changed to avoid confusion. The seller answered my emails with very little details and completely ignored my more recent ones. I'm glad I finally received my hat. I was about to ask for a refund. I do like that hat though so thank you for that.

Shipping was fast and the hats are wonderful and comfy. If you're planning to use them for ski/snowboard, I would recommend getting the ones with ear flaps as the ones without them don't cover your ears completely. (My ear lobes stick out, maybe I just have a fat head. ;) )

The hat is EXACTLY what we wanted. The high schools colors are black & orange and the mascot is a panther. They have more school spirit than most public high schools and everyone wears black & orange every Friday. YAY!!!
