This bag is upcycled from a coat made from cream colored faux suede. I utilized everything I could from the coat including the pockets, belt tie, and buttons to make this bag. This bag is very soft but very sturdy and will hold up with lots of use. I wanted this messenger to be big enough for all the essentials and then some, but not overwhelming. I decided to use a plum nubuck leather applique in a branch design, to make this bag extra unique. It features two large front pockets, a middle slip pocket, and a large main compartment. It features a button/strap closure, and is lined in a blue cotton print. It measures 14.5 inches across and is 10.75 inches deep. Perfect for a bookbag, diaper bag, or whatever you might need it for.
