Cancellation Policy :
For cancellation of order(s), please send a cancellation notice to "info@distinque.com" within 24 hours of the order date to be eligible.
If the package you ordered has already been sent to you, please wait to receive it and return the unopened item(s) in its original packaging within 2 weeks of the postmarked date on the package. After the unopened package has been returned, the full amount, excluding the shipping fee, will be credited back to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
Return and Exchange policy :
We'll gladly accept Returns and Exchanges for Jewelry items. Our packages are sent out after careful inspection, but if the item is damaged in mail, please return the whole original package to us right away. We'll inspect the package and credit the return shipping fee and send you another new item.
To be eligible to Return unwanted item(s), please send us a return notice within 2 weeks of the order date and return the item in its original package within 1 week from the notice date. After we receive the unused item in its original undamaged package, we'll refund the full amount, excluding the shipping fee, to the credit card that was used for the original order.
To Exchange items, please send us the exchange notice within 2 weeks of the order date and return the item(s) in its original package back to us within 1 week from the notification. After we receive the item in its original package, we'll send you the new item right back. The new item has to be either same or greater value (available with the additional payment) than the returned item. Please note that DistinQue will pay for the shipping of the new item re-sent to the customer, but the customer is responsible for the shipping of the originally returned package.
Exchange or Return claims made more than 1 month after the purchase will not be accepted.
