Commenting on products - coming soon!

OK, this was discussed a while back - should we allow site users to comment on your products or not? Some were happy to see comments, others were afraid people would leave nasty comments just to make someone else's products look bad.

After considering all pros and cons, we've decided to give this feature a try. After all, we can always tweak it to make it work for everyone.
Anyway, here is how it's going to work and why we think it's a good idea...

1. Users would have to either login or enter their Screen Name and a security code before leaving a comment on your product.

2. Creators will get an email notification once a day with a consolidated list of comments that users left on their products.

3. All comments will be posted live by default. However, Creators will have an option to hide certain comments that they are not comfortable being displayed to the general public.

4. This feature will bring Creators back to iCraft on regular bases (especially those that left their stores unattended for some time), because they'd want to know what comments users left on their products.

5. This would be a good way for Creators to engage with each other - provide constructive criticism, ask questions on how something was done and give praises on specific products.

I like this idea ...... buyers could leave comments or ask us questions via the listing ~ such as different sizes/colours etc.
 
Being able to hide or delete comments would be a great feature as well.
