Oh I get it! People are supposed to click the avatars they want to bump.

I clicked mine just to see and my web site came up.

I clicked PillowThrow's and it churned and churned and never got there. Christine, I would suggest putting the www. in front of your URL:

https://icraftgifts.com/pillowthrowdecor

Even though whey you view your URL from your shop, it does not have the WWW. Because it is not a subdomain, using the www all the time ensures that it will open for all situations.

Maybe the technical admin people can tell us why? This has been my experience.
