problem with "sale"

When I woke up this morning, one of my items had sold. But my "sold items" listing doesn't show any sales, I didn't get an email from icraft about the sale, and I didn't get any payment to my paypal account.

I'm confused. Is this because the buyer had the item in their shopping cart and "checked out", but hasn't actually paid for it yet through paypal? I guess I should give the customer a couple days? If nothing happens after a couple days, how do I cancel the sale, since there's nothing listed in my sold items listing?

I guess I'm also a bit worried that the customer will THINK they've paid for it ... and be very unhappy with me when they don't receive the item!

Any suggestions, ideas? thanks!
