Welcome to Firelily Jewelry :)

By day I work in a cubicle and use computer programming languages to create cool things. By night I work with gems, pearls and sterling silver to create even cooler things! I share my living quarters with my cats Pumpkin and Lilac, who try to help me out, but I work very hard at discouraging them.

My jewelry is created in a smoke-free cat-ful studio. I work very hard at keeping Pumpkin and Lilac away from the jewelry ... but they're really really really curious about when I'm up to with all those shiny beads and sterling silver!

SHIPPING

All items posted for sale are in stock, and I ship orders within 48 hours of receipt.

If you're purchasing something as a gift, please purchase it well before you need it. I have no control over the post office, and sometimes shipping can take a while.

If I'm shipping the item to you outside of Canada, you will be charged taxes and duty by your country's customs office. Sorry, I have no control over that.

RETURNS

I really want you to love the jewelry you buy from me, so you have up to 7 days to return them for a full refund MINUS shipping. In order to receive the refund, the items must be unworn and the tag must still be on them. Items must be mailed back in the same packaging you received them in.
