Is talentdatabase.com permanently down?

Does anyone know what has happened with http://www.talentdatabase.com ?
It was a nice site with a good database of artists and crafters.
I've been checking this site for weeks now and it's always down.
I wonder what has really happened with them? Does anyone know?

They have a message that their site is temporarily down due to serious malfunction in their application servers.  I wonder if that means they didn't pay the telephone bill?
