sold item still there

I made my first sale (yay) but my sold item is still in my shop. Actually its not a big problem as its a print but I'm worried if I list an original ... are we supposed to remove items when they sell?

Is your sold item still appearing in your shop (the view the public gets) or is it just appearing in your View all my products list?  

Sold items stay in the list the shop owner sees (the View all my products page), but don't appear in your creator exhibit.  I think this is so that we don't lose the listing info if we want to list it again.  So if it's appearing in your creator exhibit, you probably need to contact admin about that.

Sold items are not shown in the Creator Exhibit, unless you checked "Accepting Custom Orders" check box in "My Account" area.
In this case your "Sold" item would still be visible to buyers, but "Add to Bag" button will be replaced by "Request Custom Order" button.

Please don't delete sold items!
We are adding restrictions in our system and will not allow you to "delete" sold items anymore.
We need those items for "Order History" and for "Feedback" feature in order to show product page of a sold item that your buyer left a feedback on. Thanks!
