How do I remove the Avatar so I can rotate it and reload?  I keep attempting to choose new file but it is not updating when I click on save.

Sounds like you are doing the right thing by choosing a new file to upload. It should replace the old file. Are you getting any error messages? Could you please email us some screenshots, if you do?
