We are aware of the issue with the Subscription Payments.  Roll Eyes

I have an annual subscription which should have renewed, I believe, for either October or November 1st.  As of today I have still not been invoiced, my account is now suspended and my messages to tech support have gone unanswered. What should I do?  Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi Tina,
The problem wasn't with payment, but with the status of your products. They were all "On Hold", so I set the status to "Live" and I can now see products appearing in your store https://icraftgifts.com/thoughtful-dog.
