I have been making jewelry now for about seven years. It took me about three years to stop feeling sorry for myself and start a new chapter in my life after becoming disabled ten years ago. Lesson learned.
Always having been a creative kind of person, sculpting, sketching, painting(not too well, lol), I even sew my own buttons and cook my own gormet meals, being mostly creative in every aspect of my life. (Why be boring?)
I have always loved crystals and stones and the fascinating different colour combinations and texture variations. I had, at the time, a good friend with a great connection to wholesale stones and I just got a new credit card. Kinda went the backwards route and bought a bunch of beautiful stones first and then learned how to set them. Most people would learn the setting first, lol.
Ever since I began this journey I have learned so much and I still want to learn more.
