How do I "Activate" a "Feed"?

Hi, I am Brand New to iCraft, and I am also NOT a "tech person" in Any way, and I am trying to figure out what this 'activate feed' thing is in relation to Facebook? I do have a facebook page, just not a twitter account or a blog, and sorry, but I have no intention of getting either one! If someone has done this before, could you give me any tips/ideas on how to do this? Thanks much!

Hi there,
Ive done it before. You just provide your Facebook info, then connect to Facebook and also specify what you'd like to share, like your product updates, and how often (once a day maybe) and then save that. The feed works automatically, so you don't need to do anything else after you set it up. Hope that helps.
