Our new feature Social Feeds allows you to post your product updates, store announcements, blog posts etc to your Twitter and Facebook accounts automatically. Try setting up a few feeds to see how they work and let us know what you think. We'll be adding stats for the feed in a few days, so you'll be able to see number of clicks from each feed as well.

Your updates will be spread out throughout the day, but you need to have some updates available for the feed to start working.

How do we get it to go to our business page instead of our personal page?
This is a really great idea!

Hi Linda,
You can choose where you want your posts to go on the individual feed details pages. You need to connect to Facebook first. Then you will be able to choose where to post from a Facebook drop-down on the same page. If you choose first option under Facebook "Don't post to a page, post to a user wall", your updates will be posted to your personal wall. If you choose a name of your page from the same drop-down, your updates will be posted on that page. Let me know if you found this option and how those feeds work for you. Thanks!

Thanks! I saw the dropdown but did not see my GalleriaLinda page on the list - I will look again. I am sure it is there!

This hasn't worked for me. The Twitter pre-populates my account, but not for FB. And my new product items were not updated to Twitter. I've been having some other issues lately, so maybe my computer settings need to be adjusted.

Hi Red Rock Designs,
I was also having issues. Actually, I had written a message that neither was working for me and five minutes after writing it, both started working! (so I deleted it) ha. Isn't that always the way?! Anyway, I originally just had my FB set up and then yesterday got my Twitter set up. My FB didn't start working until yesterday... same time as my Twitter. I'm not sure this is actually helpful to you, but since I didn't change anything with my computer or accounts, I assume it just needed some time to get working? Hope it starts working for you soon too. ~Steph

Yes, it sometimes takes time for the feed to start to work, especially at night time. Please let us know about specific connection issues and send us screen shots if possible, so we could troubleshoot issues. Thanks!

We are now showing stats for the Social Feeds - total feeds and total clicks in the last 30 days separated by social network. Let us know if you find them useful or if you'd like to see stats presented in a different way etc. This is a new feature, so we rely on everyone's input. Thanks!

No update to my Twitter. Should it take this long?

Hi,
I noticed I was getting double posts to my Twitter account because I had feeds to both Facebook & Twitter and then Facebook posts fed to Twitter also. The other day I deactivated my Twitter feed hoping that would fix the issue, but I think that also stopped iCraft from posting my updates on Twitter. Is there a way around this? Hope I'm making sense here.
Thanks for your help! Steph

Hmmm... Not sure if I got this right You don't need a separate feed from us to Twitter, if you already connected your Facebook to Twitter and all posts from your Facebook wall are also being pushed to your Twitter feed. So when you deactivated our feed to Twitter, do you still get our posts from Facebook to Twitter? Or did you deactivate Facebook & Twitter connection and now you get no posts on Twitter at all? Actually, could you please post your Facebook and Twitter links here, so we'll take a look at types of updates that were published there in a recent days? Thanks!

Hi Hofkissed, You had 16 updates to your Twitter feed within the 2 months period, 2 for the same item - https://icraftgifts.com/handmade/39321/coral-floral.php. Was that the problem you were referring to? It actually had nothing to do with your Facebook feed. It happened because the first time our feed was generated is when you posted that item, and then another one was generated when you updated it 2 months later. That's how our current system works. We wait for 2 months between the updates for the same item. That sounds reasonable to me. What do you think? Thanks!

haha. Sorry to have been so confusing! All is good now and yes, 2 months between the updates is very reasonable. Thanks for your help!
