Hi. I found this site googling around, whoohoo!
I just joined today as a seller. Getting to know little by little...
Now I'm trying to make buyers use this site, because its alot cheaper than other sites.
Are there some sort of COUPON code that I can create? or FREE SHIPPING for VIPs
Because I want to make my returning consumers feel somewhat special for returning.
Or... are there feature similar like that? Because I can't find it yet... =p
would be great to have one.

oh and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I don't believe there is a way to create coupons.
You can set items on sale, but then anybody who buyes them would get a discount.

Yes, rewarding your return customers is a great idea. We'll definitely add this ability for sellers to create coupons. Hopefully within the next couple of months. I'll keep you posted. Thanks!

Welcome, Grace! I'm down the road from Toronto in Mississauga.

I like the versatility of iCraft too. Until the coupon code thing is implemented, you can reward returning customers by sending them a code on a business card with their first order. Then, when they buy again, if they type that code in to the message to seller, you can issue them a paypal refund for the discount. It's a little more labour instensive, but it will work as a bandaid solution for now!
