We recently lifted a restriction on the feedback field, allowing buyers to change their original feedback on their order any time after the purchase date. It was causing a lot of problems for buyers, who wanted to update their feedback at a later date. In all cases their feedback has changed from negative to positive, so sellers welcomed it as well. However, we had to make those changes for them manually, which took some time. Anyway, let us know if you have any concerns with how feedback feature works now. Thanks!
