My account product views are way higher than google analytics. For example, in the first two days of listing a product, I have about 30 views and then it drops dead after that.
Per Google Analytics, I have AT MOST, 10 visiters per day. So... how did I get 30 views?
My question: are the product view counts under "my account" counting the widget displays on the front page?

Web analytics data is usually used to analyze trends, not to count exact numbers. Data from diffrent tools will always be slightly different. Also you shouldn't compare views to visits, as the same person could've viewed same page multiple times.

Also, apparently some people block third party programs like Google Analytics so those people can visit and although they would be counted in your icraft views they wouldn't be counted in GA.
Icraft also counts our own views to our items, but if you have blocked your own IP address in GA, GA won't count them.

Thanks, both, for the info! I think I was more confusing visits with views!
