When you use the "ask a question" function to ask a creator a question, WHY does it have to disclose your phone number??  PLEASE can you make that private?  It should provide email only, at best.

Thanks in advance if you can make this change.  I find it quite discouraging to ask a question now because of it.  Sad

Initial thought was that seller might want to contact buyer by phone, as it's faster to connect that way. Though, if people are asking sellers trivial questions that don't require quick response, phone number is overkill. Yes, agree we should remove it.

Actually, I am more concerned about malicious people - how EASY it is to obtain a phone number for telemarketing hell.  If it is a serious inquiry, I would ask the buyer for their phone number in my email response if I needed it.  Then it is the buyer's choice to disclose it to me or not.

Thanks for listening!
Lisa.

I would also prefer to not have phone numbers disclosed with the ask a question feature.  Thanks.

Thanks for that admin!

I have my name in at the post office too so I can use  a post box address instead of using my home address. Privacy is still important!
