credit card purchases without a paypal account

I am trying to figure out how a person can purchase with their credit card when they do not have a paypal account. I have a premier paypal account,but not sure if this alone allows a person to purchase with their credit card or do I need to indicate this somewhere? within icraft. All you need to do on iCraft is to specify the correct email (email you used to register on PayPal) on this page

The rest of the setup has to happen on PayPal.
