Handmade Store: dragonbees

Dragonbees! A place to buy quality vintage-style hand sewn little girls' dresses, small felt animals, and baby things. When our daughter came to us from Russia at age 7, she could not say "hummingbirds and dragonflies." For her it was "honeybirds and dragonbees" and I knew I would use that sweet turn of phrase somewhere. In September 2012, "dragonbees" came to life. I love to sew, and have been stitching for almost 45 years. My husband and I raised 5 daughters, who were the beneficiaries of my love for sewing! I live in rural Hillsboro Oregon with my family and a whole bunch of animal friends, including two thoroughly spoiled house rabbits. My shop is focused on retro and vintage-style fabrics, colors, and styles; most of the clothing is made from 100% cotton. I have ready-made items but I also can do custom orders. The sizes I sew for range from newborn to size 8.
