General Shipping Policy:

I will ship your order within 1-3 days after cleared payment and email you to let you know your order is on its way. The cost of shipping covers postage and shipping materials. If I (unintentionally) overcharge you for shipping, I will gladly refund you the difference via Paypal. I use Canada Post to ship all my items. If you would like insurance for your parcel, it can be arranged at an additional cost, just let me know.

Returns & Refunds:

I can only accept returns in case the items you receive are not as ordered, or are damaged. If that is the case, please contact me as soon as possible and I will provide you with a return address. Once I have received the returned item I shall issue a paypal refund for the price of the item (excluding shipping costs).
