I have never purchase from this seller before so when I didn't receive any confirmation of shipment (post payment) I got nervous. I emailed the seller and she replied almost immediately and assured me that everything was fine. I actually received the product the next day. I appreciated that the seller was so easy to communicate with - excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to others.
