We are a wool handmill in British Columbia. We handspin fleece into all kinds of yarns. We use 100% Canadian fleece. We also spinning fibers and doll locks for wig making and re-rooting.

We create custom orders and beautiful art yarns.
You can also buy one of a kind fibers and yarns for that special one of a kind gift.
We are a young business and are still just trying to get the word out about us.

Our specialty is local herds and rare and endangered breeds.
We give preference to those that have no market for their fleece. We also support local farm animal rescues.

Our business began 3 years ago when I was given 3 garbage bags of raw fleece.
I then became aware of the huge problem the local wool and sheep farmers are having finding a market for their fleece.

They are plowing it under and burning it. Bags and Bags are stored in barns, waiting to be used.
I am a semi retired music teacher and crafter. This just seems wrong when we import hundreds of thousands of wool yarns, fibers and products each month in BC alone.

We urge all Crafters to support these endangered breeds and local herds by using Canadian wool yarns and fibers just once this year. They will be making a difference and raising awareness about the need for sustainable milling and herding practices.

As a result we have been introduced to some amazing fibers and herders we would not have met had we not resolved to be completely Canadian and Eco Friendly.
