When I ship your item, you will receive an email indicating the ship date and delivery confirmation number. Items generally arrive between 3-7 days, although it is not guaranteed and may take longer. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: May take up to 6 weeks. If your country requires Priority or Express mail packaging for jewelry, I will send you an invoice for the upgraded shipping charges (amount depends on package size and weight). If I do not receive the payment for the upgraded shipping charge, I will cancel your order and offer a refund. Custom fees or taxes may be due upon receipt of your package. These fees are your responsibility and are determined by your country. In order to assist in shipping please make sure to enter your address in English. If you need a RUSH ORDER or faster shipping method, please contact me BEFORE ordering to discuss options and prices. **************************************** REGARDING THE POST OFFICE **************************************** Every once in a while, the post office makes a mistake and a package gets delayed. They don't always update the tracking along the way, either. I've had packages delayed, but they've always shown up. Please be patient. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON MY ACCOUNT due to post office errors. I have no control over the post office once your order is shipped. If you need a rush order, or a guaranteed delivery date, please contact me before ordering and we can discuss options (time, cost, etc.). **************** PACKAGING **************** All of my jewelry is created by hand then carefully placed in a felt lined box, shrink wrapped, then placed into white jewelry box and sealed with a wrapper. The jewelry boxes are then shipped in bubble wrapped envelopes. Items arrive ready to wear and enjoy, or give as a gift! All items are shipped from Idaho.

I create each personalized item based on the order information provided. Please review the information on the receipt to be sure the information you provided is correct. I have no way of knowing if a name or date was noted incorrectly. If you find an error, please notify as quickly as possible, so if possible I can catch it before the item is made.

Most women wear an 18" chain. A very petite woman, small teen, or young girl would fit a 16". Please order the correct length of chain. I cannot accept returns or exchanges of chains.
