**Shipping Policy** * All orders are shipped from the USA. * Standard shipping rates apply. * Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping fees. * Please allow 1-3 days for production time before shipping. * Tracking information will be provided once your order is assigned for shipment to make tracking your purchase easy.

Returns & Refunds:

Return only within: 14 Days

Our return policy states that all returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all package inserts and must be unused. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department via email - qb@twisted-qs.com and provide the tracking information for the return package, along with a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please note that we do not accept any returns for personalized or custom printed products, as they are unique and cannot be resold. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our return policy, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team.
