~Multiple Orders:
Shipping for more than one item will be combined. After purchasing the first item, there is a link back to my shop at the bottom of the payment form that will bring you back to my Etsy shop. If you cannot find this link, clicking the back button will bring you back to my shop as well. An invoice with combined shipping will be sent to your e-mail.

~Shipping:
Items will be shipped within 2 days of payment. Shipping to US/Canada is the same and most items will be shipped via Canada Post's Light Packet service to the US, Oversized Letter to Canada which DOES NOT include insurance or tracking. This is the most economic way, please contact me if you'd like to add these features. I photocopy all packages and dated customs slips at the post office as proof of shipment. Shipping for larger items will be shipped via Regular Parcel and includes insurance provided by Canada Post.

Items will be shipped in recycled, clean bubble wrap and in a monogrammed envelope.

Please note that items usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door because they are coming from Canada. Please be patient, customs on both ends of the transaction are usually responsible for the delay.

~Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will refund/issue a store credit for your purchase (minus shipping) upon reciept of the item(s) in original condition.

I photocopy stamped packages at the post office as proof of shipment, please note that there will be NO refunds for uninsured items sent through Letterpost ($2.50 to US, $4.50 International) lost in the mail. In the event that your insured item does not arrive in about 3 weeks, I will contact you to decide the best options.
