Returns:
1: I gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
2: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
3: Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

How to request a return:
1: Please contact me at: anabel1321@aol.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2: I will respond with instructions for returning your item.

Refunds
1: Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
3: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.

Non-Returnable Items:
1: Custom or personalized orders are None-Refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2: Sale or clearance items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items:
1: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me right away with a photo of the issue so I can make it right.
