General Shipping Policy:

COURIER & SHIPPING SERVICES I use Express services of DHL or FedEx to deliver worldwide within 5 business days. But, due to some reasons, these companies may take a couple of more days. For remote sites, additional days can be expected and couriers may be changed. For New Zealand and Australia, delivery can be 7 to 11 business days. For remote sites, additional $30 to $50 can be charged subject to the location. For combined shipping, in case you buy more than one items, I offer discount as per the weight & location of the delivery. You can buy with confidence! REFUNDS & RETURNS: I am super flexible with returns & Exchanges and have a smooth policy! Contact me within 3 days of delivery & ship the item within 14 days of delivery. If you change your mind after receiving the order or item is handed over to the shipping company, you need to pay for return and new/exchanged item's shipping cost. Returns and Exchanges are acceptable ONLY if the tags have not been removed and the item is not damaged. CONDITIONS OF RETURN: If there is a manufacturing fault, I'll not charge for return shipping. Buyer needs to ship and I'll credit the return shipping cost to buyer. If there is no manufacturing fault and buyer wants to return, the return cost of shipping will be paid by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund will be issued within 24 to 48 hours after the item has been received. CANCELLATION: I accept cancellations! Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase OR before the item has been shipped. If item has been shipped and the customer changes his mind and wants to cancel, then the standard return policy will be applied. Questions about your order?
