Ivory Nut understands that a happy customers will bring many more people to our eBay shop; and
therefore, we want give incentives, not turndowns, for this to happen. On the other hand,
we have to balance our business practices and integrity as well. If there is an honest mistake
on our behalf, we will do our very best to correct it in a timely manner. However, the customer
should also de accountable for misunderstandings and errors. We will consider every return request
in an individual basis, but as general guidelines we advise our customers to:

2) The quality and design of the items in the Ivory Nut vary. We offer horizontal
quality and vertical variety for our exclusive public; however, keep in mind that
these products are manufactured by hand, so part of their beauty is to be unique and not
shaped in a sequence or obvious design. Since they are not mass produced, homogneity is not the
standard.

3) From time to time there are situations outside of our control, as well as the customers'.
We advise, for extra peace of mind, that our customers add Insurance, especially for large
and/or expensive orders.
