The Filigree Garden is always in bloom with unique handcrafted accessories inspired by nature. In The Garden you will find one-of-a-kind and limited edition jewelry and sewn items that blend repurposed and vintage pieces with new elements and findings.

I've always been drawn to anything with color and interesting design. Although I have tried my hand at many different art forms, I always return to jewelry and textiles. I have a serious addiction to fabric and beads! When I was little, I loved to rummage through my mom's jewelry drawer and button stash. They always seemed like treasure chests to me. Even the little odds and ends and broken bits at the bottom were magical gems. I still love to see what wonderful pieces I can find in my travels to thrift stores and yard sales. I enjoy giving new life to once forgotten things in my designs.

Many of the items I create contain an element that has been rescued from a broken or vintage piece of jewelry. They are "mature" and so, not perfect. They may show some patina of age, but that is part of their beauty. However, earrings will always have new earwires, and necklaces will receive new clasps when needed.

I make many one-of-a-kind pieces which can't be duplicated, but I will be happy to create something special for you - just ask! Pierced earrings may be made into clips at no extra charge. If you need the length of a necklace changed, please message prior to purchase. Hypo-allergenic earwires available on request.

Each item (except as noted in the listings) is carefully packaged in a recycled-content jewelry box inside a padded envelope and is sent USPS First-Class Mail (for US shipments) or First Class Mail International (non-US shipments). I do recycle and reuse padded mailers but the boxes are new. Priority Mail is available for an additional fee; please contact me for more information. I normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. I will happily combine items when shipping. Shipping includes free delivery confirmation (US orders only).

*All items shipping to Massachusetts will have 5% sales tax added to the order. If paying by money order please wait for a revised invoice before submitting payment.*

If you are paying through PayPal, be aware that I will only ship to confirmed addresses. Please make sure your shipping name and address match what has been confirmed in your PayPal account. I will also accept USPS Postal Money Orders; items will ship after payment has been received. I am sorry, but I cannot accept personal checks at this time.
