Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges We recommend using a first class or priority mail option with a tracking number to ensure the package’s safe arrival. Please be mindful that we wouldn’t be able to assist with the mailing expense you incur to mail the garment(s) back to us and wouldn’t provide a return label.
• Any desired exchange or return to Paradox must be postmarked within 30 days of your originally receiving it.
• We strongly recommend using a first class or priority mail option with a tracking number to ensure the package’s safe arrival.
• Kindly consider refraining from using an international courier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. and using instead of your country’s governmental postal service (such as USPS in the U.S.A.) - with a tracking number. With such global shipments, international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $100 USD and above. Should you use an international courier, we would need to pass along to you this fee (whatever it may be) in order to process your exchange/return or we will return the order back to you. In order to avoid this, please send us back your exchange/return as a gift or as a package at a low price, no more than $15 and do not include insurance for the package. Also, please put your order number from Etsy.
