General Shipping Policy:

We do everything in our control to prevent potential damages while the item is in transit. We recently began using shipping boxes made of wood, framed with 2x4s, 2x2s, 1×6 lumber. The box is lined with plywood & 1″ styrofoam. The item is bubble-wrapped/shrink-wrapped before placing it in the already tough custom made shipping box. This protects the item & minimizes shipping related mishaps. When you provide a destination address please include contact phone # so the carrier can contact you in advance to coordinate delivery. In most cases the carrier will attempt delivery & leave you notice of the attempt. The package will then be kept at their warehouse & you will need to contact them or go to their warehouse & pick up the item from there. Damages caused while the item is in transit and filing a claim. Once the item is shipped, the care of it is in the complete control of the shipper. In the event the item is damaged, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipper. We will include necessary information/form(s) in the package in order for you to file a claim with the shipper.

Returns & Refunds:

Our products are made to order and in almost all cases personalized. For this reason, we do not accept returns/refunds. If there are special circumstances that warrant a return, we will consider it on a case by case basis.
