If you realize that your purchase is not quite what you expected, you are welcome to exchange it for another item. We accept exchanges if items are returned unworn, with tag still attached, in a bubble-wrap mailer within 15 days of receipt. Please let us know which item you would like in exchange so I can put it on hold for you. If the item was a gift from another person, please let us know who originally purchased it. I do what I can to make jewelry that is long-lasting for normal use. If an item has failed in craftsmanship within 60 days of purchase, I will be more than happy to repair the item free of charge. Please contact me prior to returning the item and include your name, phone number, and a description of the item and the damage. From time to time I use unique ingredients that I may not be able to replace.

If I am unable to repair the item, you may exchange it for another piece of jewelry. Repairs may take approximately 7-10 business days. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling the return via the common carrier of your choice.

Please securely wrap the merchandise in a bubble-wrap mailer and insure the package for the full price of the item, we are not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise on its return to us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. After repairs are complete it will be shipped back to you by Priority Mail at no additional cost. I cannot accept returns on special orders.
