I would really like you to be happy with your purchase from ebb and flo. If an item arrives broken or damaged please let me know within 72 hours so I can provide a replacement, repair or full refund, including return shipping.
If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please notify me within 72 hours of receipt. At my discretion, refund of your purchase price may be possible provided the item is returned in the condition it was shipped out. Please ensure appropriate packaging and mailing including tracking and insurance to return the item or I will not be held liable for goods not arriving. Please notify me and provide tracking information when the item is shipped. Your purchase price minus shipping and handling (5% restocking fee) will be refunded on receipt.
