Returns & Refunds:

My Easy Curls Hair Rollers and Curling Tiaras and Scrub Caps are personal use items. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All Sales are Final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us for a repair or replacement within 10 business days of receipt. We do need a photo of the damage including the shipping package if your item was received damaged. Receipt = the day the USPS Tracking number shows delivered.

While we use an industrial snap press to install our snaps, on occasion one will break. If this happens, we are happy to repair or replace the item, just send us a photo and we will guide you through the repair/replacement process.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny service at our discretion on a case by case basis.
