Handmade Store: More than pastels

Babies love color and texture. While the traditional blue and pink pastels have their place, give a more vibrant gift that you can't get at a mall.

I learned to crochet in the fourth grade. Our teacher had us make scarfs to send to soldiers in Europe. I'm still going strong.

My church, Good Samaritan, has several groups: quilters layette ministry and lap robes for rehab. I contribute to them all.

My baby gifts are colorful and heavily textured, The gauge is loose enabling better fit and longer wear. They are all polyester or acrylic and washable.
