We do not issue refunds except under special circumstances. We do however exchange damaged merchandise (see warranty above) as well as exchange for other product where applicable if requested within Thirty (30) Days of receipt.

If you are unsatisfied, and the product is in resalable condition, we will try and work with you. Personalized items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for exact item only if damaged. Contact Returns at returns@maelindesigns.com within thirty days of order for return info.
