With the exception of products handmade to order, Lavender and Lime will exchange or refund any item returned to us within 7 working days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods are in perfect condition. You are responsible for the return postal costs. You are to advise Lavender and Lime by email that you wish to cancel the order within the cancellation period which ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after receipt. Lavender and Lime will refund your payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods to us, excluding delivery costs. Send your cancellation by email to us at cancellation@lavenderandlime.com. The parcel itself is your responsibility until it reaches us, we cannot refund or exchange goods that are broken or lost in transit. However, if the return is due to an error by Lavender and Lime we will refund the delivery cost.
