General Shipping Policy:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Please email me for a return address thank you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or repaired product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Repair Time If you have returned an item for repair please make sure we have received your item once confirmed it be on a first come first service bases. We will email you to let you know your item has been reviewed and what day it will be repaired or exchanged, the day that your item will be sent back will depend on the demand of our shop please allow 2-4 weeks turn around time this is just and estimate it can very and is not set in stone on the time frame this is why we say it is an estimate. Note: it can take less then a week to receive an answer but it can take the full 2-4 weeks or it can be farther out but we will update you on the status of your item via email on request.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a repair or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are broken due to mishandle of customer if it brakes within 24 hours of receiving it then you may return for repair or exchange. Additional if for some reason the item has come apart due to careful use you may return for repair or exchange once it has been return the item will be looked over and checked for accuracy of what has been stated provided an image before shipped back. There will be a restocking fee for $6 exchanges and a $4.99 repair fee that must be paid before items to be sent for repair or exchanged. unless the fee has been waived.

Cancellation

Your item can be cancelled within the first week of purchase, then and only then can a refund can be granted but you must contact us within day 3 of purchase or you cannot receive a refund only an exchange after day 2 and a purchase receipt has to be sent in order to receive the refund.
