If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a full refund once I receive the returned item.

I will make every endeavor to ensure that you are happy with the items that you purchase from my shop.
I pack all pottery items securely in a double box if necessary. I know that shipping costs and the possibility of breakage are concerns for buyers of pottery items.

Should your item arrive damaged or broken you need to inform me within 7 days of the receipt of the item and, if possible, provide me with a digital image of the damaged product and I will replace the item with another of equal
value.
